James Joyce Bridge – LED Lighting Upgrade 2010:
Al Read Electrical were engaged by Dublin City Council, to inspect and repair the lighting on Jame Joyce Bridge. Due to the location and work restrictions in place we implemented an upgrade of existing flourescent lighting to LED which offered a low energy and low maintenance solution. Works were carried out as PSDP and PSCS and traffic management implemented to chapter 8 regulations.
Public Lighting: Installation and Maintenance
Al Read Electrical currently hold the maintenance contracts for 3 greater Dublin County Council areas; Fingal Co. Co., Dun Laoghaire/Rathdown Co. Co. and South Dublin County Council. We also hold the public light Maintenance contract for Meath County Council.
Installation of eight 16M poles with five 2Kw lanterns per pole at Pembrook Wanders training Pitch in 2005.
Charleville Tennis Club, Glasnevin:
Floodlighting of five allweather tennis courts and installation of court control timers and card readers.
Project completed on time to agreed budget in 2004.
St Patricks Cathedral:
Floodlighting of cathedral spire.
Moynalty, Co. Meath:
Moynalty is a village in County Meath which has been the recipient of countless national awards for its beauty and tidiness. Al Read Electrical were contracted by the Moynalty Tidy Towns Committee to erect stylish street lighting throughout the village.
